You can if it will make you feel better.But what you NEED to do is ANSWER the lawsuit in the proper legal manner.If you dont ,they are going to take everything from you that the law will allow.This is serious business,personally I wouldnt waste time fooling around with validation letters.Concentrate on your defense to the lawsuit.
