If ignoring CAs got people sued, then I would have been sued 13 times. I was sued once by a Canadian company who obviously did not know Pa law. Tenants by the Entirety. Asking for validation when an account is within the SOL will get you sued.
No, the key is to protect assets and ignore CAs. That works.
