I got sued by ignoring CA Attorney just like you suggest to most people on this forum. Ignoring CA's is a risky business and lawsuits will fly your way, just ask people that have gotten sued by Wolpoff & Abramson, Mann Bracken and the like. If their accounts are with the OC still then yes chances are validation will be met with no problem. Once, the account leaves the OC then chances are they can't validate and validation should be the rule of the road. When these people go to court then chances are their going to lose the case unless they've done a whole bunch of study and research.
