I've posted here before many times with help and WhyChat and others have been very helpful. I recently was served a summons, but I don't need to deal with this right now in my life. There is far too much going on. I've decided that the best thing to do is start clean and wipe away my debt. How much should a decent lawyer cost for Chapter 7?
