What I did wrong was igonore the dunning letter and just kept quite hoping they would go away. Didn't happen and I got sued! I gave my scenario in prior posts when I first joined this forum. I enlisted the aid of debt negotiation company that did absolutely nothing in my interest, but they had a great time filling their own pockets. When you join one of these you just quit paying Credit Cards and make a payment every month to the debt negotiation shysters. When I got sued from their lack of response is when I fired them and then I was left to fend for myself. You learn pretty fast what works and doesnt work. So far, validation has worked everytime for me. This includes all the nifty CA's and CA Attorney types that are posted about on this forum. Wolpoff & Abramson, Mann Braken, Account Resolution, Sherman Aquisitions, Alegis Group, Cavalry, and several more. I'm just letting you know when I send validation requests to them I hear nothing from them ever again, and the account doesn't ever get sent back to the original creditor. Now I have another nifty little goody when sent to CA's and CA Attorney types, they will drop you like a hot potato or they will be getting themselves in some very hot water by their own actions. I will not divulge what that is, but it has been perfected and works all the way.
