the other side does not prove or disprove the case for another. they make their own case. they dont make it for you, nor you for them. each side does NOT show its cards...(even i watch law and order...lol). besides, whose to say the proof either sends is correct? someone asked me..i should would fake something to cover my a----errr,,butt. sweety, you arent looking at this with the right view, hon. CAs dont care if its SOL, they simply want to scare someone into paying or not showing. correct doesnt come into play...unless you make them. what your asking is..or rather will...show them ONE you know what they need to prove it legally..and TWO you will fight it..and THREE..it tells them to get their ducks in a row before court..rather than showing and surprising them..with no evidence. that is what gets cases dismissed! they count on no one showing. instant default.
