I will assume like the other poster said, this strategy probably does not apply to ALL cases. Again, how is my lawyer going to get this case dissmissed if he has no evidence that it is a dissmissable case. Does he not have to ask the plaintiff for validation before blindly filing papers to dissmiss the case?
