great site u guys rock ! i have lots of charged off credit cards about 40000. worth from bad business deals ( long story ) i made from 2001 thru 2003 so they've been charged off since november 2003 , i get tons of calls but i can deal with that not worried about it but my HUGE question is i have 30000. in my 401 k plan can creditors grab that if i do nothing and they get judgements ? ill file bk if i must but i prefer not to , thanks lots !
