HE gets evidence from you. if it is not your debt, then he attacks their evidence in court. thats why he is a lawyer and we arent. lol. do you honestly think the suing party will say..oh yes, this is out of SOL and here is your proof but im filing anyways??? of course not. i doubt he will file anything blindly..he will file a answer to the lawsuit. then thats why its called "court"..lol...sweety, this is why your paying him. its his job.
