you ask your state AG..attorney general. some is online..mine isnt..so i called. they will tell you what is required in your state and if the Ca has the appropriate things filed to collect. good luck. im not Jk or whychat..but i do know this. lol. look up you state and attorney general..it will or should have a website with numbers and addresses on it. whychats site has what each state requires as far as license or bond..tx only requires bond, for instance. i check each new CA i get...to sue..the lawyer must be licensed to practice in your state also. they usually use local yahoos.
