Validation has nothing to do with a lawsuit for breach of contract. Validation is a process and requirement of the FDCPA regarding the *collection* of a debt. A LAWSUIT IS NOT COLLECTIONS ACTIVITY. Once you are sued, all bets are off and you can pretty much forget about validation.

Any "validation" that gets done will be in court when the collector brings forth any evidence against you.
