Wrote last week, more details. Letter from Protfolio Recovery Assoc over @ @1200 debt. Prior to seeing this site I called them and informed them that I disputed the debt. got there dispute form yesterday. I have sent NOTHING out yet on paper. Which should I send?
1- WHYCHAT SOL form letter
2- WHYCHAT validation letter
3- Response to their dispute letter
Debt is about 20 years old. This is first contact in all that time and is way past any SOL. PRA bought account from CAMCO this June.
I know all I respond with needs to be certified with return reciept. Anything else I need to know or do right now?
