As long as they have the ability to contact you by mail, they will stay as mad. But if you cut them off completely, you'll pi** them off. They have to abide by it legally. That's why you are sending it to them certified, so you know when they signed for it and received it. After they get it, keep track of any phone calls you receive from them.
