yes, we all answered. they are calling you because they can find you and they cant find him. obviously. they think you dont know your rights or the law. next time read it to them. send them a certified death cert and ignore them. exactly what we said before. its up to them to check with the court and find out if there is a probate hearing. if there is none..they are SOL. *** outta luck:) its a scare tactic to get someone to pay. resend the death cert..say there is no estate.CRRR,, add in a cease and desist...and ignore them. make sure they dont try some lame suit on you..or pay a lawyer 50$, if you have it, to send them a letter for you. good luck..im sorry on your loss...
