well, you didnt state that--you said it was 32$. unfortunately..principal of the thing or not..the credit they made was wrong and they always catch it. you are in for some big time headaches either way now..and why did you let it get so high? they will not back down. i know about their own mistakes..and principals..but credit companies dont work like we do..they dont care..and i do think altho they fixed the error..anything else is your responsibility. im sorry..im not meaning to sound combative..but..it woulda been easier to pay the 32$ way back..cause its a hard lesson to learn that these companies simply dont care or do the moral thing. if you have the money..i would pay it still..and simply pay them off and cancel the card soon as you can. its not worth the ruin it will do your credit, nor abuse from CAs and possible suits..now this is just my own opinion and not saying its anyone elses..but in the fine print..this is how it works. they deliberately try to make some accounts overlimit and up the interest..and truly they dont care. im sorry it happened..but most of us are in this because we lost most of our income..fighting principal with companies wont get ya anywhere. good luck!
