Yes I am in South Florida. I have consulted two different attorneys and both have said the same thing. A portion of the charges they are suing me for a valid and the remainder are not. Both attorneys have said it would cost me more to go to court (amount of suit is $1135.00 + $1400.00 in attorneys fees) than to settle. The sickning thing is that I have a feeling the CA has nothing in my file to prove their case, at least they did not at the pre trial hearing. Thank you for answering I will e-mail WhyChat.
