this may be wrong but try and see. all they can say is denied. if so..get it. lol. ok, that may not be the smartest thing..but..get enuff for the lawyer anyways. half may be yours. try legal aid..some give a first consult for free..then start the legal process so he cant hide his assets from you. some may take the payment out of what they can get from the account. ask--you never know!
