Keyser Soze...............your posts are hiliarious!! I was laughing out loud.

Thanks I needed a good laugh.

It might actually be fun to have my chance to "TALK" and have someone really listen to what is going on. Instead of the pompous CA's who won't let you say a word without inserting there profoundly moronic narrative.

You know last one I talked to didn't even know the laws or penal code or the FTC. Come on give me someone qualified for a good "legal" chat. Maybe being sued will be a blessing in disquise.

So far I have not been but I give them till the end of the month to try and nail me. It will happen. I have research the attorney and agency. He files on everything and in bulk. I will be just a number on his case log, but I will be flourescent if I can help it. Little does he know I work in the courts in my county.......I am gonna ask around about this "prestigious debt collecting" attorney. I have pulled up all his cases in my county have number and plan to pull up the court records. Strange he has to do the grunt work and travel outside his county to practice law.

Ah, well keep up the post there great!!
