This is the web address for Lectric Law Library's legal dictionary. It is written in plain english and it is easy to understand. This is a great site for the average person to learn about the law and it also has legal forms you can use free, sort of a "Law for Dummies" thing. It has a section on circuit courts and the court system in general. Hope it helps!
