you CANNOT be arrested for cc debt. Most on this board do recommend you lay-low and just avoid the collectors. Worst case you get sued. Even then this board can help you fight it and win. I would protect my assets now. Espcially your banking info., if these accounts are just in your name, not joint accounts, I would close the checking account you have now, and open one in your spouse's name only. If you have ever paid these bills with a check, they have your banking info. Hopefully JKelly, Lady, Whychat, or Cat, will see this and post what they think. They are the veterans around here.
