Under Florida law, the plaintiff (bad guys) must attach any and all documentation proving their claim to the intial pleadings- summons that you received. There is no trial by ambush- they can't just jump out at the last minute with some kind of proof that you owe the debt -

They probably have nothing. I would still contact the Avenger and Robert Murphy and see if they can help you.

You can win pro se- but it is a little more difficult. Bad guys tend to go away when they see the big guns you have with you
