I have a Collection Agency (Law Firm) that has threatened to file a suit on me about a past CC. I could not make the minimum monthly payment because they raised the interest to over 30%. I did not pay it for a few months, and now I am being threatened. I told them I would like to try to make payments. They said No, that they tried that, and I did not make them. They said go borrow it or get it from someone. I tried and was not successful. They then sent me a notice about a month later stating that they wanted to make some payment arrangements. I was told once before by them that I was not allowed, and they would not accept them. What is this commercial redemption plan, and how does it work?
