Had Bk meeting with new Lawyer today and all he did was make me cry. he said the cold hard reality is we have no steady stream of income so no bk plan can be made. We have to be able to show we can afford to pay mortgage. said we should dump our only source of what little income we do have which is our restaurant and get jobs and then come back. I felt like crap when I left his office had to walk out all red faced and puffy eyed. It is hopeless and there is nothing I can do about it, I am looking for a job but nothing so far. its just a matter of time before I lose everything.
