First of all, YOU don't LEGALLY owe a dime !
If you can prove that you were under age when the account was opened, fraudulently, then dispute it that way. Dispute it as NOT MINE - you had no knowledge of this account and you were a minor at the time it was opened and cannot be held responsible for it. You will likely be asked to fill out a fraud affidavit. You can get rid of Jefferson in a similar manner -a letter that states its a fraudulent account, you were a minor and its NOT YOURS.
