Been there, done that. There are not obligated to do anything for you except charge you and hold you both liable. The best thing, as they said in the previous post is to cancel it and pay it off. I had to deal with my ex's untimely payments until it was paid off. When the CA's got on me, I took him back to court and he was held in contempt. With the threat of if he didn't get them paid off in 30 days, he would be sitting in jail for a bit.
So, if you are the one responsible, please be nice to her and pay it off as soon as possible. If you are the ex of the one that should be paying it, take him back to court for contempt of the divorce decree. The threat of jail usually works well. Hope this helps and good luck! :)
