Has any one ever heard of these people?
I rented a car several months ago. I was rear-ended so the other guys insurance paid the claim. THe only thing they did not pay was loss of use and some admin fees. I don't see them on my reports but what should I do if they do report. I never received a bill from EZ Rent a car in Georgia and the contract states I am liable for any damage but it was not my fault and the insurance will not pay the charges above. They said they tried to contact the other party but no response from him. Should I pay or fight or sue.
