Harassing my parents for my debt

My parents are being harassed by a collection agency over my bad debt. They went so far as to get a copy of there credit report. They told my parents that I got a card in my fathers name and that if my parents did not pay they would pursue fraud charges against me. The debt is mine; I just can’t pay it right now. Any advice on what I should do.
