my opinion..have your parents send a cease and desist letter..saying it is breaking federal law to contact them ..and they will file suit if it continues. if your over 18,,,i assume you are. i assume no ones name is on it but yours? CAs lie and will any way to get money out of someone..how old is the debt? where are you? its against fed law to discuss a debt with anyone other than a spouse..or make threats. remind them of this.
