i am named for my granma. created a huge mess....have your parents send the c and d letter CRRR mail..remind them this is illegal..and charges will be filed if it continues. complain to the BBB,,AGs..etc. tape a few conversations if you can, in case they want to file suit. how old is the debt? where are you? whychats site has states SOL dates..etc..dispute any reporting on the parents reports..as not his and remind them on the correct SSN. for you..you are gonna be harassed unbelievably..good luck. but the parents can stop theirs.
