I found a summons on my door. District court of Douglas County, Kansas. Called the court house, not a scare tactic This is for a Chase account. Bought by Great Seneca Finacial. It will be 2 years since last payment in September. SOL will not be a defense. Any suggestions on how I should answer this. Any good attorneys in Kansas that could be recommended. I will show up at court no matter what, I won't let them get a default, but figure I need a lawyer at this point.
