Thanks for all your help and suggestions. I called BofA today and we worked out a settlement. They waved $300 of the fees, reduced the interest rate to 9.9%, and no fees will be added for 18 months to allow me to catch up. Although I am not totally satisfied I guess its the best I can expect so I decided to take the deal and avoid further headaches.Thanks again!!!
