Use the SOL defense even though you MAY NOT be beyond SOL, (you may actually be beyond the Ks 3 year SOL if your "last payment" was on an account you had not been able to use in over a year) Check the Kansas page for ALL it's VERY strict laws on what MUST be in a credit agreement for it to be legal for filing for a judgment.
