Years since last charge before stop payment

Does anyone know if the date of the credit card holder's last charge on an account ever affects the SOL or anything else in these circumstances? At the time I quit paying, it had been over three years since I last used my cards. Any chance those dates could dictate the SOL? Grasping at anything as I get sucked into the rapids...
