My father in law was arrestted in Illinois (he's a truck driver) and the state police ran his name and it came back with Missouri having a warrant for his arrest. He (father in law) says
it's for bad checks from approx. 6 years ago.
But I am thinking that they are for big amounts because of them taking him over the state line.
They of course won't give me any information about what the warrants are for and how much. But Illionis said they were holding him on a fugitive warrant no bond. So would these be big amounts or many that equal big amounts and would he receive jail time fines or both your opinion.
