I just checked my credit report and their on there.
THe only thing is that it's from an old citibank credit card that I didn't pay a long time ago.
but citibank already has that noted on my report so I think that gulfstate credit is not allowed to list it again.
they even have more 'balanced owed' than what I actually owe citibank, and what citibank has reported.
