Thanks Linda. i've already disputed it with 2 of the 3 cra's. (i haven't received my transunion report yet) i have also filed complaints with the ftc and State of Texas Attorney General's office. this is not what i wanted to find on my credit report while house-hunting. fortunately, my loan officer was nice enough to give me more than enough information to fight this. (specific to my case, though)
