My situation is the following: two
and half years ago my landlord have not returned my deposit $600 and
asked for $1200 for the repair of teh unit after my family moved out. I documented very well that the management company (landlord) failed to
provide any reason for its demands and the whole issues is the matter
of principle for me and not just money. My shock was to find
out that there an open collection in my credit report from their
collection agency and it is
my main concern. Small Claims Court Advisory told me that only one
option I have is to
go through the municipal court and this way I will be able to remove
that bad record from my credit report. What really are my options? Do I need a lawyer to go through a municipal
