Credit report

A little while ago, I asked for help because I was being sued. Now I have another problem. I decided to get a credit report before I went to court, and on my credit report, it lists Undesignated for "whose account". Also, I bought my car in April, 1994 and it was repo'd the same year due to unemployment. I know this account is past the SOL.(I live in Tn.). On my credit report, it shows activity for Dec./94 and Mar./95. I didn't even have the car in my possession at these dates, nor made any payments on these dates. I called the credit bureau, and they told me that maybe the car was resold. As I said before, I never heard anything else about this.(I was willing to pay the balance after it was resold). I am really getting frustrated trying to figure out what is going on. I have no proof of anything, because everything that had a date on it was taken with the car. I thought my credit report would be proof enough that I bought the car in April of '94. Which it does tell the exact month and year the car was bought. Here's another thing, I only paid 2,450 for the car And I only made 2 payments, but I am being sued for 2,820 plus 704.00 for THEIR lawyer. Do I have a case with just having my credit report itself? And since this report says Undesignated, should I ask them to prove it's mine? Under all the other accounts I have on my credit report, it states an I for individual. Linda, can you please help me out again, or if not Linda, ANYBODY? I am needing to know all this before I go to court in August. P.S. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated..
