I had an Aria Visa Card with a 250 dollar limit and
was unable to make some payments due to the hidden
and late fees which were assessed. I recently received
notification that the hidden fees and late fees were illegal and that class action law suit had been awarded against them. Do you think this information will be enough to get the item removed from my credit report,
