Is there a deadline for receiving closing costs b4 mortage closing

Sorry if I am not too smart. Is there a deadline the lender has for giving the borrower all the closing costs before singing a mortage ? I am suppose to sign a mortage loan tomorrow, and do not yet have all the closing costs, and do not know how much the check will be. Everything is probably OK, but it seems like there
outa be a law.. sheesh this is ridiculous. Thank you very very much,
