Okay - Kel and Cat - I did what everyone seemed to say to do. I opted out a couple of months ago and my situation has gotten worse!!! I am getting deluged with phone calls from all kinds of places (you know, time share, etc.) and each day I get at least 2 credit card offers (today was Discover Plantinum and Citibank (who hold my mortgage). I don't want to do anything more with my cr as I'm afraid of what will happen next. What do you think gives with this? I was getting all this poop before I opted out.
