Yea, I have many violations that I was able to figure out on my own. But when they let me know what else is illegal.......I could make a fortune on the violations in the last two weeks alone. Truth is I don't want anything but for them to stop violating my rights repeately. And to quit trying to run a scam on me.

Thing is I work in a profession where we have alot of the same "confidentiality" rules and have to follow a very tight protocol. Guess what we stick to it because we get sued big time if we stray even a little bit from the laws. I think the same should apply for everyone. I think they should also get sued and sued and sued until they realize the rules have to be followed.

Not sure I want the stress or have the time to sue but here in California violations are 2500 a shot. I already have about four.

So if they get a judgement against me than I can use the money I get from their violations to pay them back!! LOL.

To me it is more about just being treated fair. I am not in this to make money. I doubt I will sue or file reports.

But who knows depends on how many more violations they continue to insist on making.
