thanks for the info - I know SOL in FL is 5 yrs and I am at 6 almost 7 with most of my debt. Patiently waiting so i can start to rebuild my credit. BIG difference between 18 and 26. HUGE! So legally they can not file suit against me. Good to know - Thanks!
