In my profession if you violate even the law even once you get fired, written up and could lose your professional status. It is a very serious matter. Even if you did in in error there are consequences.They don't play with state and federal laws. Therefore I do my best to be professional and live up to the set standards.

In CA's you get rewarded for violating rules and get bonus's when you break laws and find loopholes. I think that is the root of the problem in that it attracts a certain element of employees. People live up to what you expect from them.

Something has gotta change in the enforcement of FTC laws.
