Thank you guys for all the info. I will be contacting the attorney which name you gave me Taziblue, hopefully he can help and he is affordable. Thank you Keyser for the webpage address for NACA, I did not know anything about it. I will be able to do a lot of reasearch in there. I've just found out the CA attorney asked to have my case moved from Small Claims to Civil, I guess I must have pressed a button when I replied to the judge that I was disputing the claim against me because I believed provididan had engaged in unfair business practices and violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act?... Taziblue, do not worry I won't be speaking to these jerks, I will try my best to retain an attorney and if I can't I will go to trial ProSe...God help me ...
