I have been served on a SOL Account. I know I will win the case, but in response to my answer they attorney came back with this .... He states I didnt state a cause of action on counterclaims .... What do i need to state as casue of action .. they have filed this KNOWINGLY past SOL plus nevewr validated and numerous other federal violations Thanks
