I would have probably settled if not for him!

I will win because it is clearly beyond SOL and it's a frivolous lawsuit.

I need the counterclaims to stick for follow-up actions against this scum! I am sure I am not the only person they are trying to intimidate with frivolous lawsuits past SOL!
