Payday loans, in Texas they are not allowed to garnesh your wages its against the law in texas I just talked to a lawyer in your state about them. In New Mexico they run like wild buffalo here. They get what they want do what they want. In Texas, they have protected you and I do know they can not garnish your wages. However since the loan is in Nevada it may go by eithier state but since you are in texas they may have to go by your state. All I can say is they are a pain in the ass to get out of them call and see if you can work with the company, I did here in town with a company I told them I couldnt pay the checks bounced I did have to pay the check fees with my bank and with them but I got them paid off and they stopped the intrest so I could do so.
