Was wondering...I got a call from ACEI (supposedly there attorney) saying if i didnt pay a lump sum of $443 by today and $443 by next friday they were going to start garnishing my wages...can they do that? and they said if they were to garnish then they would take out up to $2000 for court cost, attorney fees, and etc. is this tru? what should i do? i mean i cant pay it today...i get paid every 2 weeks and can afford to do it...help...im scared. what should i do?
