I've put a call into him this morning but not heard back as of yet. His asst said he was in court, she also said he has been in front of the judge who is presiding over my case and has gone against the CA attorney that is suing me. I am just not sure if I can afford him, I am hoping he can work with me on the retainer. I will keep you guys posted and again thank you so much for all the advice and resources you have given me. You stopped me from making the mistake of faxing a written settlement offer to those jerks!
